Garza County Extension Office gives PPE to Toddler Town

Veronica Pena, owner of Toddler Town, receives PPE from the Garza County AgriLife Extension Office. At the request of the Texas A&M University Board of Regents, AgriLife Extension Offices, Texas Division of Emergency Management and Texas A&M Engineering Extension Services have recently been assisting with the distribution of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) to Texas Workforce Commission frontline childcare to help maintain a safe environment in childcare facilities. The Garza County AgriLife Extension Office has now distributed PPE to Toddler Town, a local daycare, three times. “Toddler Town has been receiving a box of gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, sanitizer wipes and a gallon disinfectant cleaner,” CEA-ANR Dayna Peterson said. “This distribution helps procure and ensure unfailing PPE distribution to childcare providers.”
