The Garza County Health Care District honored past board members Raymond Bagby and Francis Morgan for their service at the Sept. 24 Brick Laying Ceremony at Memorial Plaza.
Bagby, who has served on the board since 2002, has acted as vice president and president for Precinct 2. He also was involved in several projects throughout his time on the board.
Morgan, who served for two years, was appointed to the board to finish out the term for Precinct 4.
“Both board members are very much appreciated by the other board members and the community they served,” Administrator Brandy Fannon said. “We were very grateful to have them on our board of directors.”
Additionally, Miriam O’Neal placed three bricks in honor of her family members, Charles O’Neal, Bunny Smith and Clinton Smith who served in the military.
Bricks are ordered twice a year – January and July. For more information, contact the Post Area Chamber of Commerce at 806-495-3461.
