Post Antelope runner Samuel Walls won his third consecutive gold medal at the Hamlin Invitational on Sept. 23.
Also placing for the boys’ team was Jesus Montoya in 10th, Maken Contreras in 11th, Jair Rodriguez in 14th, Samuel Hernandez in 17th and Michael Tadlock in 18th for an overall second place team finish.
Cecillia Esparza led the Lady Lopes by taking 6th place followed by Jacki Sanchez in 8th, Kaylie Zappert in 12th, Emma Thompson in 22nd and Andrea Esparza in 34th for an overall third place team finish.
