Peggy was a dear friend we met in Karlsruhe, W Germany in 1975. We quickly found out we had a lot in common. The neatest thing was she was from Post and had grown up with my Minor cousins. We became good friends and even lived up the street from each other on Copperas Cove, TX where our husbands both were stationed at Ft Hood. We have remained friends all these years. Graydon and Stanna and Ritalynn, Peggy will be truly missed, but we know she is reunited with her twins, parents, and singing with the heavenly choir in her beautiful soprano voice. May God give you peace and comfort these next days. We love you.

I met Peggy at a hymn sing in Stuttgart, W Germany. She was talking and using her thick West Texas accent and I ask her where she was from…Post, TX. Well, small world..my uncle James Minor was mayor of Post and she had gone to school with my cousins. We forged a great friendship based on our West Texas roots. WE went to the same English Baptist church in Karslruhe til we left for Ft Hood in 1977. We found ourselves together again in Copperas Cove for two more years!! I visited Peggy and Graydon wherever they lived for the next few years!! We stayed in contact by phone or mail. Graydon, you are such a part of our lives forever. WE will pray for comfort and peace in the next few days. I will stop someday when I get to West Texas again…
