AN OPEN LETTER FROM GARZA COUNTY JUDGE LEE NORMAN
the Dalby jail since 1998, when it opened as a Bureau of Prisons facility. They recently sent a letter to all employees that their jobs would be ending as of September 30, 2024. The letter states that MTC will no longer operate the facility and therefore ending the relationship with Garza County.
