Products like potato gnocchi can really change up your weeknight dinners. You can find shelf-stable gnocchi right next to boxed pasta in most grocery stores. I have also found varieties in the freezer section that are quite good. Talk about a nice change of pace from regular pasta.

If you live in the southern part of the USA, summer 2023 has been a horror. Record-breaking high temperatures, the sort of records no sane person wants to brag about.

The Post Public Library Summer Reading program ended last week. The kids are presenting Pixie Grisham with boxes of food collected for Post Cares. The library took in cans of food with overdue books along with fines forgiven. Librarian Pam Humble said the food drive was a success. PHOTO PROVIDED
