Grieving the loss of a loved one can be an isolating and overwhelming experience, but a local support group is offering hope and healing.The GriefShare support group will meet at First Baptist Church, Room 410, every Tuesday from Feb. 3 to April 28, 2026. Sessions run from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

The PISD speech and debate team (Gabriel “Gabe” Monsicais, Belicia Armeida, and Khloe Smith Khloe) received 1st place sweepstakes for small schools at the Sudan speech tournament. Khloe placed 2nd in POI and 2nd in Dramatic Interpretation. Gabe received 5th place in Dramatic Interpretation.
