Remember the Age of Enlightenment? It was way back there, starting in the 1600s and ending the following century when it gave way to Romanticism, presumably because everybody had gotten bored with being enlightened.Now we live in the Information Age.

Timing of pruning is important

Knowing when specimens flowers is the key in timing pruning. Winter months when plants are dormant is the best time to prune most deciduous trees and shrubs. But not all landscape specimens should be pruned during the dormant season.
