The other day I was looking at Facebook and took this test to see if I was a hillbilly. The more I read, the more I didn’t think this was a hillbilly test. It was just growing up in West Texas in the 1950s–1990s. Most of these were normal things that occurred in daily life during this time.

Most yeast bread recipes can be made into loaves, rolls, and even cinnamon rolls. I recently tried making cinnamon rolls with my aunt’s yeast bread/roll recipe and it worked so well. Her recipe is a treasure to me.

Busy weekend at our County Stock Show & Sale! I had to share a pretty special photo from this weekend….both my boys won the Goat Showmanship buckle! Kasen won Senior Goat Showmanship & Keithland won Junior Goat Showmanship! This was Keithland’s first county show to compete in (because Pee Wee didn’t count, he says).
