Busy weekend at our County Stock Show & Sale! I had to share a pretty special photo from this weekend….both my boys won the Goat Showmanship buckle! Kasen won Senior Goat Showmanship & Keithland won Junior Goat Showmanship! This was Keithland’s first county show to compete in (because Pee Wee didn’t count, he says). I have been working at the newspaper for a while now and have enjoyed every minute of all the interesting issues we have covered through the years. I have always been interested in what is happening in the town/county.
Mistie Day recently celebrated 20 years as a Farmers Insurance Agent last week. The company recognized Mistie’s accomplishment earlier in the month. She shared her announcement and success with her customers, family, and friends last week at the agency located at 217 East Main. Along with being an insurance agent, Mistie has her own custom clothing line and boutique, 8th Day Customs. Congratulations Mistie! Photo Provided
