ROTARY FLAG SERVICE Flying the American flag on special holidays is as simple as contacting the Post Rotary Club. Five times a year, Rotary members place flags at designated homes and businesses in the community. The next flag placement will be on Sept. 11. The regular annual rate for the service is $50, but with only two holidays remaining this year, Sept. 11 and Veterans Day, the cost has been reduced to $20.
