The Bold Gold Antelopes started their season with only one scrimmage under their belts and will open the 2023 football season at Brownfield tonight, taking on the Cubs.
The first scrimmage with Colorado City was canceled due to continued lightning threats in the area. The only scrimmage for the teams came last Thursday at Coahoma.
