During a recent meeting of the City Council, all members unanimously approved a façade grant for Smokin Dick’s. The Caprock Economic Development Corp (CEDC) has set aside $30,000 for commercial businesses to apply for façade grants. CEDC president Mark Kirkpatrick told the council this is the only grant that has been submitted.
