Post Elementary School teacher Crystal Osborn has been awarded a Teachers Mini-Grant from the Community Foundation of West Texas. Osborn is one of 23 South Plains Area elementary and secondary school teachers to receive a grant for implementing innovative classroom projects during the 2023- 2024 school year.
