County Judge Lee Norman and County Warden Ricardo Martinez presented the colors at the monument honoring falling officers during the opening ceremony at the Giles W. Dalby Correctional Facility to celebrate Correctional Officer’s Week. The ceremony was followed by a hamburger luncheon for guests and correctional officers.
