Food handler certification, cottage food rules and regulations
The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will hold the “Cooking Up a Cottage Food Business” course on May 3 in Lubbock.
The event will start at 8:30 a.m. with onsite registration and conclude around noon at the AgriLife Extension office in Lubbock County, 916 Main St., Suite 401.
