Garza County approves 0.7367 tax rate, lease agreement, interlocal inmate housing contract

The Garza County Commissioners’ Court met Sept. 8. With a unanimous record vote, commissioners adopted a property tax rate of $0.7367 per $100 valuation for the 2025 fiscal year.
