The Garza County Sheriff ’s Office announced that local law enforcement agencies will increase enforcement involving vehicles being operated illegally on public roadways.
The enforcement will include off-highway vehicles, golf carts, gokarts and off-highway motorcycles. Officials said violations involving off-highway vehicles will be enforced under Chapter 551A.001 of the Texas Transportation Code.
