Tarrant County Commissioners approved an $18 million one-year contract with Giles W. Dalby Correctional Facility in Post last week. The Garza County Public Works Commission owns the facility and operates by Management &Training Corporation (MTC).
The contract was approved by a 3-2 vote by the commissioners to allocate $18 million to house 432 inmates from the Tarrant County Jail....
