Oh what fun we are having at the Summer Reading Program!
Mrs. Giddens read two books to us about firefighters and our community. The Post Fire Department and Stetson Cimental were amazing and brought a real fire truck for us to take pictures and inspect. We loved this! Thank you, Miss Julia, for taking Post Dispatch pictures!
Prior to the newspaper printing, we also had a program about our Garza County Law Enforcement. More to come on this program. On June 21, we will have our Garza Co. EMT/Paramedics present our Read Aloud and bring one of their trucks if available, and June 28 we’ll have our very own Sarah Miner and perhaps others present a program on reading material concerning the Arts and patriotic music. Also, we hope to have some of our PARC friends here to visit.
