Post ISD Spanish students celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with a Mexican fiesta highlighting the culture, traditions and foods of Mexico.
The celebration also recognized El Grito de Dolores, observed Sept. 16. The historic “Cry of Dolores” marked the beginning of Mexico’s fight for independence.
Students learned about Mexican culture and traditions while sampling foods provided by their families.…
