Kylene Wheeler was named to the position of Joint Elections Administrator by the Garza County Joint Elections Commissions on Friday, Jan. 13. Wheeler’s first day on the job was Tuesday, Jan. 17. She was appointed to replace Xane Reiter who resigned on Jan. 9 to take a position with the extension office.
