One More Week! Both students and teachers are counting and for good reason. They’ve given their all! It’s a strange feeling with a change in routine for the whole household. Even summer school and summer recreation feels different. Don’t slack off on your reading; in fact, read more with extra spare time. You never know what you might have missed in the crazy month of May. Come by and sign your children up for summer reading and renew or create a new membership (bring your driver’s license). What else can you do that is free? There’s something for everyone at Post Public Library!

Jones earns spot at CNFR

Rayme Jones has made her mark on the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA), securing a spot at the College National Finals Rodeo (CNFR) in Casper, Wyoming, set to take place from June 9th through the 15th.

Garza County receives TAC safety award

ANNA GIBSON | POST DISPATCH Steve Owens from the Texas Association of Counties (TAC) presented the Garza County Commissioners’ Court with a Safety Achievement Award and a plaque of Recognition for their 50 years of membership. Commissioners were gathered for their regular meeting on Monday, May 13 in the Garza County Courthouse to deliberate and consider action for items listed on the posted agenda.
