Candidates file for city, healthcare, and school, deadline Feb. 17

May 6 election filing dates are only one week away. Friday, Feb.17, at 5 p.m. will be the last day to file for open positions for the health care, school, and city elections. City of Post Marvin Self has filed for reelection as Mayor of the City of Post.

SPC to offer Drone Pilot licensing course

LEVELLAND – South Plains College’s Continuing Education and Workforce Development will offer a Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 Drone Pilot Licensing Course from Feb. 6 through May 1. The class will meet on Mondays from 5 to 7:30 p.m. in Building Six at the SPC Reese Center campus.
