Peoples Bank, a subsidiary of Peoples Bancorp, Inc., which operates a branch in Post, Texas, announced Oct. 16, that it has entered into an agreement to merge with Cornerstone Capital Bank, a subsidiary of Cornerstone Bancorp, Inc. (“Cornerstone”).
