LUBBOCK— South Plains Electric Cooperative’s Operation Round Up has opened their Community Grant application for the sixth year. The community grant is available for local non-profit organizations that serve members in the cooperative’s service territory.

Post city council holds second hearing on tax rates, regular meeting

The Post City Council convened Sept. 9 for two public hearings and its regular meeting. No public comments were received during either hearing, and all members were present.The first hearing addressed the proposed 2025–26 city budget.
