The Garza County Health Care District Board met on Sept. 15, 2022, for a regularly scheduled meeting. President Kylene Wheeler, Bill Short, Rick Jones, Ted Thomas, and Mendy Dalby were all present along with Brandy Fannon, district administrator, and three UMC-P representatives were present at the meeting.
