Garza County Sheriff Terry Morgan and Patrol Sgt Travis Johnson arrested Patrick Quinones, 21, in Post on Monday night, charging him with second-degree murder and tampering with evidence in connection with a Monday morning homicide in Clovis, NM.
Quinones was identified as a shooter in the homicide, according to a news release issued Tuesday by Clovis Police Capt. Robbie Telles.
