Lakes formed in areas off West 380 after 4.5 inches of rain fell in three hours. Driveways, yards, and roads were flooded, leaving the appearance of lakes throughout the area. After 5 inches of rain in the Close City community, lakes formed in most of the fields. Photo Provided
