Is the world getting smaller? Only figuratively. Vienna sausages, on the other hand, really are shrinking. I suspect it’s a global phenomenon, except perhaps in Vienna, where it’s not likely you can find any.
Remember when it was a struggle to extract the first sausage? They were packed in troublesomely tight. Now they rattle.
