ANNA GIBSON | POST DISPATCH Seconds after midnight three newly elected and reelected county officials took their oaths of office Wednesday, Jan. 1. The new officials include the Sheriff Michael Isbell and Constable of Precinct 2 Bruce Boren. The reelected official is Constable of Precinct 1 David Graves for a second term.
