Lady Lopes gained a win over Abernathy last night, Monday, Feb. 18, with a final score of 13-2 in 5 innings.
It was a great win to start the season in a regular nondistrict game. The girls had good energy and had several good hits. Defensively, the girls made the routine plays only having 1 error and Hannha Abraham did a great job hitting spots, staying ahead of the counts and producing outs.
