MERRY & BRIGHT This Christmas will be Merry and Bright for the children enrolled at Head Start. Michele Liston,Winehouse at 127, partnered with Head Start to provide gifts for the children and their siblings by setting up an Angel Tree. Jolie Liston is shown as she packs up the gifts to distribute. Michele said, “The Angel Tree had 47 names this year. And thanks to the community who helped. POPE HONOR Shaylee Pope (Jr) was selected by the Post Sports Radio crew as the Player of the Game last Fri. when the Lady Lopes traveled to New Home to take on the Lady Leopards. Shaylee’s ten points was the high point scorer for the Lady Lopes. Serenity Sanchez (So) and Kaylie Zapert (Sr) each scored four points, and Nevaya Segura added two points. GIVING BACKTOTHE COMMUNITY 4-H partnered with the Post Stampede Rodeo Board to deliver gift baskets to t 15 individuals from the nursing home who do not have families.
