Garza County commissioners hold regular meeting

Garza County commissioners convened for their regular meeting on Thursday, October 24.Sheriff Terry Morgan began the county office reports by announcing the current number of incarcerated individuals: 25 from the local area and 61 from other regions.

Garza County to remain dry after Nov. 5 election

Garza County will continue to uphold its “dry” status following the November 5 election. Proposition, a ballot option for the sale of beer and wine, was voted down by over 58 percent of voters during Tuesday's general election.

Antelopes outrun Whirlwinds in 73-3 victory

The Post Bold Gold Antelopes dominated and outran the Floydada Whirlwinds on Senior Night last Friday to a 73-3 victory. The Bold Gold are now 9-0 on the season and are tied for first place in the district standings following last week’s victory.
