(USDA) today announced the deadline for commodity and specialty crop producers to apply for the Emergency Relief Program (ERP) for 2022 natural disaster losses is Aug. 14, 2024. USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) began accepting ERP 2022 applications in October 2023.

GCHD board approves contract to optometrist

The Garza County Healthcare District Board of Directors has voted unanimously to lease office space in the Medical Plaza Building to Dr. Garrett Wentz, Lubbock Optometrist. Dr. Wentz expressed a desire to be in Post one day a week and eventually expand to more days.
FUNDRAISER Masonic Lodge 2058 of Post presents a check to Garza CountyTrailblazers in the amount of $4,068 to help with the replacement of an air conditioner for the center. Presenting the gift to LaGayluah McReynolds are David Clark, currentWorshipful Master, and MarkWheeler, past Worshipful Master, of Masonic Lodge 2058.
