TDCJ begins operations at Dalby Unit in Post

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice has begun operations at the Giles W. Dalby Unit in Post, according to a grand-opening summary from the agency.The facility was acquired for $110 million by the State of Texas during the 89th legislative session.

Playoff bound: Bold Gold ends four-year playoff drought

The Post Bold Gold Antelopes traveled to Tahoka on Feb. 13 for the basketball version of “Farmageddon.” The Bold Gold entered the game with a playoff berth on the line. If the Bold Gold defeated Tahoka, Post would clinch the final playoff spot.
