Post ISD Board of Trustees work on plans for the future

“We are building a school district for the future that we don’t even know what will be,” quoted Superintendent Cassie Petty at the Post ISD school board meeting last Tuesday night.

During the week of June 17-23, 2023, The Post Municipal Court had 16 cases and collected $5,022.30 in fines and fees. The following cases are closed/guilty/fines and fees are in collection: • Mirna Monge: Minor in Possession - $194.00 • Dustin Aten: Speeding 29/20 in school zone $349.

GCHC Board of Directors discuss transition to LCHS

The board of directors met in a regularly scheduled meeting on June 15 with a full agenda. President Ted Thomas opened with board members Mendy Dalby, Cynthia Mason, and Rick Jones present, along with administrator Brandy Fannon. Board member Bill Short was absent from the meeting.
