Sheriff Terry Morgan presented the Garza County Law Enforcement Facility 2022 Annual Statistics Report to the commissioner’s court in their meeting Monday, Jan.23, 2023. There were 6,708 service calls for the year, 5,455 were law enforcement related and 971 were EMS calls.

The two Methodist Churches in Garza County have been through a tough few months. Both had to decide to stay with the United Methodist Church or disaffiliate from the denomination they had been members of since 1968.
