The first Wednesday of each month is college day at Post Elementary School. On that day the staff and students wear shirts from their favorite college. This past week four of the Texas Tech Rodeo Team visited telling the students about how rodeo is a sport just like football and basketball.

Paramedic Kelly Baker retires

After 20 years of service Paramedic, Kelly Baker has retired from Post-Garza County EMS. Kelly B., as his co-workers called him, has decided to turn in his radio and badge so he can slow down and have more time with his family.

Farmers and ranchers can use the Farm Loan Discovery Tool on farmers. gov to find information on USDA farm loans that may best fit their operations. USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) offers a variety of loan options to help farmers finance their operations.
