The Garza County Regional Juvenile Detention Center faculty wore blue on Friday, April 4, to show their support in promoting the prevention of child abuse. The facility will be displaying blue ribbons, flags, and providing awareness and prevention materials to all staff and visitors this month.

The Post Rotary Club met for their annual spring social, and this year, the sky was the limit. Jarle Bø, a member of the Post Rotary and flight instructor from Lubbock, graciously provided his flight school hangar at the Post-Garza County Municipal Airport as the venue.

In last week's UIL 2A District 4 Academic Contest on March 24, Post students finished with 243 points for 4th place. Abernathy ISD claimed the top spot in overall school sweepstakes, with 419 points. New Home finished 2nd with 410 points, Floydada 3rd with 307.
