Growth in holiness

The last of the four cardinal virtues for us to examine is fortitude. This unique virtue relates to every other cardinal virtue directly. So, fortitude is vital for us to properly develop in nearly every aspect of life. It’s the ability to stand up to that which is difficult.

PEE-WEE DIVISION

With every livestock show, Garza County has saved a place for the Pee-Wee littles who have big hearts for animals. The Pee-Wee exhibitors led pigs around the ring Saturday afternoon, Jan. 11, during the GCJLA show. 

EXCELING IN ENERGY

 Ben Jaime shared Xcel Energy statistics with the Post Rotary Club, Tuesday, Jan. 14. During their regular meeting. Jaime explained that wind energy is their first used source and then gas while trying to eliminate the use of coal energy.

ENCOURAGING WORD

The Post Methodist Church Reverend Sammy Espinosa spoke at the Post Rotary club on Tuesday, Jan. 7, concerning senior citizen mental health care and services.

Central Texas Beekeepers School now accepting students

The fifteenth annual Central Texas Beekeepers School will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Brenham High School in Brenham, TX. The school is open to the public for anyone interested in keeping bees or who wants to learn about bees.
