It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, Mike, on November 20, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on March 18 in Post, Texas, to Mable and Nathaniel Manuel, Sr., Mike was a man of great kindness, and a love for family and friends. Mike could be seen walking all the time no matter what the weather may be.
Mike was known for his passion for watches and radios. He will be remembered for his ability to make anyone smile.
He is survived by his sister, Doris Manuel, of Post; sister Kathy Manuel of Post; sister Shirley Joiner (Carl) of Houston, Texas; sister Ruby Griffin of Forney, Texas; sister-in-law-Peggy Manuel of Post; brother Nathan Manuel (Barbara) of Lubbock, Texas; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mable and Nathaniel Manuel Sr.; his sister, Linda Manuel; and his brother, Nathaniel Manuel, Jr.
A memorial service will not be held. Cremation was under the direction of Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home of Abilene, Texas.
