Services for Sylvia Ann Barbosa Trebing, 52, of Post Texas were held on October 5, 2022 in the Calvary Baptist Church with Lance Gill officiating. Burial in Terrace Cemetery was under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.
Sylvia passed away on October 1, 2022 at her home in Post, TX with her husband and son by her side.
She was born on August 28, 1970 in Slaton to Robert and Arcilia (Gonzales) Barbosa. She married Edward Trebing in Clovis, NM for a wonderful 31 years. The love of her life. She was a homemaker and a cosmetologist.
Survivors include her husband, Edward Trebing of Post, six daughters, Kimberly(Keith) Stratmann, Savanna(Lucien) Trebing, Sunnie(Ryan) Holly, Gloria(Chase) Matthews, Allison(Jesse) Douthit, and Yvette(Ricardo) Lopez. Sons include, Chris Barbosa(deceased), Landon Trebing, Israel Barbosa, Patrick(Maribel) Martinez, Danny J Martinez. Two brothers include John Barbosa of Lubbock and Robert Barbosa of Post. Sisters include Darlene Counts, Lisa(Scott) Ellards, Denice (Ben) Gunther, Regina Trebing, brother-in-law Uncle David Lyons. Grandchildren include Christopher Barbosa of Lorenzo, Emilio Lopez of Lorenzo, Liliana Lopez of Lorenzo and Gabriel Stratmann of Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by one son, Chris Barbosa in 2010, one sister, Cecelia Martinez in 2010, one brother-in-law Johnny Trebing 2006, and one sister- in-law Gail Cockrell 2010.
Sylvia loved her family and will be missed greatly!
