WYNONA K. GOSSETT

Wynona K. Gossett 96, of Lubbock formerly of Post passed away Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023. Graveside services were held Jan.30, 2023, at Terrace Cemetery with Tracy Taylor officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.

Wynona was born June 5, 1926, in Fisher County, TX. She was a graduate of Post High School in 1943. Wynona married Delmo Gossett on August 20, 1943 in Post.

She is survived by her husband Delmo Gossett of Floresville, TX.; daughters Lana Shelton of Lubbock, TX., Jana Woody of Floresvile, TX; son John Gossett of Lubbock, TX.; ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. Wynona was preceded in death by her daughter Layne Taylor in 2004.
