Cheap wine troubles

I hate to break it to you, but the days of good cheap wine are numbered. Very drinkable wine under $10 was a holy grail of wine drinkers and wine writers for years. Alas, those days are fading in the rearview mirror of our lives.

PALACE THEATER TO HOST BACK-TO-SCHOOL MOVIE SPUR- The Super Mario Bros. Movie will be shown at the Palace Theater in Spur on Saat, Aug. 12. The movie is free for all children, and adult admission is $5. Concessions open at 6:30 p.m. with showtime scheduled for 7 p.m.

The 62nd Annual Post Art Show concluded with a recognition reception on Saturday afternoon. Natalie Kelley and Kait Walden received the MAX Awards for Best of Show and $250. Natalie won the best of show for art with her watercolor titled“Ford Insignia.
