Mini desserts are my favorite way to indulge, recently. Somehow, it’s just more satisfying to eat an entire mini pie than it is to eat a fraction of a regular slice of pie. I’ve even seen mini desserts offered at local restaurants, more and more.

LUBBOCK - The new 2023-2024 Ranching Heritage Association officers were instated at the RHA annual meeting held on Oct. 15 in Lubbock. Ranching Heritage Association elected Mark Kirkpatrick of Post as its new President during RHA’s annual board of directors meeting.
