Jack Gaylard Kirkpatrick, the Antelope living legend was born on October 17, 1934, in Fort Worth, Texas. The reason he was born in Fort Worth was that his mother’s doctor had moved there. Jack’s parents, Willard and Ruby had left his older brother K.W.

Mullin ISD Expands to Post

July brought some welcome changes for Mullin ISD. MISD, located in West-Central Texas near Brownwood, has expanded and taken leadership of Post ISD’s former campus within the Garza County Regional Juvenile Center.
The Southland Eagles have three student managers for the football team., Adam Rodela, Mattox Johnson, and Jaxon Johnson. The student managers play an important role in assisting the coaching staff and players with what they need. The most common duties include hydration and handing out water bottles to the players, keeping up with footballs, and even running plays during practice sessions with the players.
